Played major role in developing the Agreements for National Joint Union Management Consultation in various areas.

Had primary Supply and Services Union input to the Treasury Board Personal/Sexual Harassment Policy.

Handled grievances and complaints and maintained a high level of
resolution prior to third party arbitration.

Provided advice and guidance to National and Local Officers, Stewards and members.

Had major involvement in planning, preparing and conducting sessions for Local Presidents' Conferences.

Planned and supervised registration for Triennial PSAC National Women's Conferences. (Over 400 delegates, guests and speakers.)
